New Vocations Graduate Wins USDF 2024 All-Breeds Award

Hot Tin Roof by More Than Ready was placed with New Vocations in 2016 by Stonestreet Stables after it was clear a racing career wouldn't be in his best interest. Kara adopted him in late 2017 out of one of New Vocations' Ohio facilities. After 7 years together, the duo was finally eligible to pursue the USDF All-Breeds Award and came out on top!

Kara shares that "Tin" was the highest-scoring Thoroughbred in national competition at 1st level (AA and Open) with a cumulative season average of 70.000% and 1st level Musical Freestyle (AA and Open) with a cumulative average of 71.611%.

"Thank you New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program for helping connect Tin and I seven years ago," says Kara. Full USDF All-Breeds Award results can be found HERE.
